  • Positively managed student behavior as leader of PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) Team, provided training for staff and students about school-wide expectations. Collaborated with staff, families and students to improve PBIS program, apply for grants to fund PBIS and roll out our initiatives.
  • Increased supervision and safety of students through redesign of car pickup dismissal system, arrival and dismissal procedures, creating the school Crisis Management Plan and staff professional development.
